Why is it more expensive if I lose all my keys?

There is usually a lot more work involved which is why we always recommend having a spare! From having to drive to the location, unlock a door, make a key from scratch as well as addition programing procedures these will add additional costs onto the customer.

What do I do if I have a problem?

Do You Charge By the Hour?

It depends on the job. Some jobs are charged by the hour and some will be charged a flat price. We will always let you know before starting the job.
